The Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, (“LHWCA”) provides certain work-related benefits to dockworkers and other maritime workers, while undergoing medical treatment or after an injury. Injured workers are classified under four categories when determining reasonable and necessary benefits under LHWCA:
